The Bagua divides a floor plan into nine areas (called Guas in Chinese) each one of these areas holds a different energy and relates to a specific area of your life.

The Bagua
The Bagua is an instrumental element in a Feng Shui analysis. The Bagua enables you to discern how the areas of your space (home, garden & office) are impacting the corresponding areas of your life. All spaces affect you . . . The important question is which areas affect what? The Bagua provides the first key to answering this question.
Think of the Bagua as an energetic map – a tool to diagnose energy qualities in your space. Using this map you can divide any definable space, which must have specific boundaries and one main entrance.
Instructions:
If your space is square, the sizes of these areas are equal. In off shaped spaces the sizes of the areas vary but the actual size of each of the nine areas is less important than what is happening energetically in these areas.
The Bagua enables you to pinpoint the areas you need or wish to work on and then proceed with knowledge and awareness.
- To align the Bagua stand at the entrance/door to the space and look into the room visualizing it divided into nine equal areas
- Place the Bagua along the line of the Education & Knowledge; Career & Life’s Journey and Helpful People, Networking & Travel Guas.
- Then look to see what is going on in each area of the space, which is a direct correlation to a life aspiration and get to work. It’s time to Edit & Eliminate; Renew, Repair & Refresh where necessary.
It is amazing to see how you can unblock the stagnant Ch’i. Now get ready to attract Prosperity, Vitality & Clarity into your life!

Christine A. Bushell — An Accomplished Home Stager
Christine A. Bushell of SynerCh’i, LLC is an accomplished Home Stager who has successfully applied Feng Shui principles to the task of optimizing a home’s appearance so it’s ready to market.
For example, Ms. Karen Y. Loft, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of New York notes: “I have worked with Christine A. Bushell of SynerCh’i on many an occasion and I am extremely pleased with her services and so confident that she will do an outstanding job that I refer her all the time to my clients.” The value that Christine adds to the effort, as Ms. Loft goes on to note, is “her knowledge of the business.” In fact Christine is, herself, a licensed real estate professional. What better combination could one hope for in a Home Stager (if one wishes to seize the opportunity of selling a residence) than the expert knowledge of placement that only a Feng Shui practitioner can possess along with a bonafide license to practice real estate? As a final point on the topic of selling a home, do keep in mind that SynerCh’i home staging fees are significantly less expensive than your first price reduction!
It’s safe to say that a truly successful Home Stager must have an impeccable sense of interior design. Christine A. Bushell’s professional experience easily qualifies her for this requirement. Her masterful capabilities in the area of interior design have not fallen on deaf ears. Consider that Newsday, the leading daily newspaper publication on Long Island, in New York state has twice produced the popular “Long Island Makeover” feature from Christine’s work within the last year: once on April 23, 2010 and, most recently, on July 30, 2010. The April 23, 2010 article recounts Christine’s own renovation of her kitchen and the July 30, 2010 article chronicles her inspiring work for a couple who noted, with satisfaction, that they are “feeling the ch’i now” and deriving the benefits of good feng shui and a healthy flow of ch’i, within their SynerCh’i designed home on Long Island, as the result of Christine’s redesign of the interior of their home.
