A British expatriate living in NY, Christine is the founder of SynerCh'i LLC, a full service organization on Long Island's North Shore.
She is a certified Feng Shui Consultant having studied with H.H.Grandmaster Professor Thomas Lin-Yun, and professional tutors such as R.D. Chin; David Daniel Kennedy; Alex Stark and Dr. Catherine Woo. Christine went onto study at the Holis Institute, NYC, which teaches Green Design, Feng Shui and Environmental Psychology. She is an active contributor to the NYC Chapter of the IFSG and serves on the IFSG Green Living & Design Committee. Christine participates in events of the local chapters of the US Green Building Council. She writes a regular newsletter of Tips on Buying & Selling your home using Feng Shui for Real Estate professionals and is particularly active in Home Staging. In the early nineties Christine turned to studying and practicing Feng Shui as a "career out of her suitcase", when she relocated to Russia to accompany her husband on an oversees posting; she went onto live and work in Doha, Qatar; Dubai, UAE; Vienna, Austria; to name but a few. Very aware of cross culture issues and nuance, she is truly an international practitioner. Now settled in NY she consults across the country, with a satalite office in the United Kingdom.
Her latest project is with Wilson Associates, one of the nation's top international architectural design firms, together with global furniture manufacturer Mark David Inc; in the launch of a hospitality furniture line titled Prosperity the line follows the principles of Feng Shui. Inspiration for the line came from the Five Elements - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water. As the Elements and Chi (energy) interact it achieves Feng Shui balance and this line will introduce symmentry when installed into a space.
